History Day in Connecticut provides a unique opportunity for students to present their own research projects at district and state competitions. CHO is a unique online resource of 18,000 historic photographs, prints, maps, documents, costumes, oral histories, and more, including 3,000 new items added in summer 2007. You can also find lesson plans, photo essays, and student activities.

A collaboration of the Connecticut Historical Society, Mystic Seaport, Thomas J. Dodd Research Center at the University of Connecticut, New Haven Museum & Historical Society, and the Connecticut State Library.
